SGES Wins First Place  in One-Act Competition

St. George’s Episcopal School is pleased to announce the one-act play team success. The SGES one-act play team won first place at the region level on Nov. 3, receiving special recognition for Best Ensemble.

Addie Travis of Barnesville and Gracyn Fuller of Thomaston were recognized as members of the all-region cast. Chance Matlock-Carter of Griffin and Ezra Pearson of Jackson received honorable mentions.

The team then placed fourth at the state competition. Addie Travis and Ezra Pearson received honorable mentions for their performances at the state level.
