Recent arrests and charges reported by Thomaston Police Department include the following:

Stacy Bernard Pennyman – home invasion, robbery, aggravated assault, and felony parole violation, along with three misdemeanor counts of obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers, battery, and criminal trespass.

Donald Max Dunson of South Carolina – illegal purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana over an ounce, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of certain felonies; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.

Jarvis Terrell Sparks – forgery in the fourth degree and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement.

Quintavious J. Searcy – possession of amphetamine.

Evan Patrick Crummie – possession of Schedule I and Schedule II controlled substances.

Randy Lamont Smith of Shorter, Ala. – aggravated assault (strangulation) and three misdemeanor counts of cruelty to children.

Amber Deniseah Smith – concealing the death of another.

Cory Hamblin – possession of amphetamine.

Joseph Zach McKinley – possession of amphetamine.

Recent arrests and charges reported by the Upson County Sheriff’s Office include the following:

Naterres Anton Davis – influencing a witness, subornation of perjury or false swearing, and terroristic threats and acts.

Charlie Gene Futch – possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Veronica Faye Roberts – sale of meth and two counts of possession of meth.

Jason William Shannon – burglary and felony failure to appear (battery, Family Violence Act).

Damarous Leonard Pierce – concealing the death of another.

Cedric Miller – possession of cocaine.

Dana Michelle Elder – possession of meth and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.

Christine Mere Bruce – possession of meth.

Ezekiel Dijon Perrigen – forgery in the fourth degree.

Harold Daniel Turner – criminal damage to property in the second degree.

Michael Lee Chambers – two counts of felony probation violation.

Bobby Lewis Jones – aggravated assault (Family Violence Act), along with two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass (FVA), two counts of battery (FVA), and cruelty to children (FVA).

Taylor Dean Huckaby – three counts of felony probation violation, including burglary and possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute.

Justin Tyler Allison – felony willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats or violence.

Bobby Glynn Dean – felony obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers.

Mary Virginia Pope – possession of cocaine and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.

Chelsy Michelle Tidwell – felony probation violation (possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine).
