Upson Historical Society Hosts Christmas Event  at PWSH Museum

The Upson Historical Society will host a Christmas event at the Pettigrew-White-Stamps House Museum, located at 800 S. Church Street, on Dec. 11 from noon to 4 p.m.

The event will include a photo opportunity with Santa from 1-2 p.m., a hot chocolate bar and refreshments, children’s ornament crafts, “The Night Before Christmas” story time at 3 p.m., and an ugly sweater competition.

Participants of the ugly sweater competition can stop in between noon and 4 p.m. wearing one’s best ugly sweater and enter for a chance to win a prize.

The event is free and open to the public, donations are appreciated, and will help support local historic preservation efforts. For more information, contact UHS at 706-601-3610.
