Vesta Virginia “Ginger” Revezzo

Ginger Revezzo, age 72, passed away in her home on July 1, 2022.

Mrs. Revezzo was born July 31, 1949, and was a native of Tampa, Fla., where she lived most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Vivian Riley. She had recently relocated to Thomaston to be with her family. She had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. This gave her hope and strength for this life and the next.

She was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church in Tampa, where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school, worked in the nursery, and was a greeter. She worked for GTE, then Verizon, as inventory management specialist for almost 29 years, at which time she retired. She was also a caregiver for several families and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Robyn (Judd) Greer; and her three granddaughters, Riley, Molly, and Avery Greer; her sisters, Jane Riley Dew and Linda (Richard) Rew; and many nieces and nephews.

She was cremated and a memorial will be planned at some time in the future. In lieu of flowers, please support the Worship Ministry at First Baptist Church of Tampa, 302 West Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33606.
