Mr. William Terrell Reeves, age 70, of Thomaston, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, at Grady Hospital in Atlanta.
Mr. Reeves was born Oct. 28, 1952, in Upson County, to the late Bobby Reeves and the late Gladys Brooks Reeves. He was a former cabinet shop owner with Ricky Lewis and then went on to work with Windstream for 35 years as an installer/technician.
He served his country in the US National Guard and was a member of Clarks Chapel Baptist Church.
Mr. Reeves loved the outdoors, doing yardwork and various wood working projects. He was always busy doing what he loved and adored his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, his high school sweetheart, Marilyn Bennett Reeves of Thomaston; son, William Jason (Mandy) Reeves of Thomaston; brother, Danny (Kathy) Reeves of Buffalo, N.Y.; sister, Debora (Stacey) Crummie of Jacksonville, Fla.; and grandchildren, Jackson Alexander Reeves and Colton Bennett Reeves.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 26, from the chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial followed at Southview Cemetery.
