Mr. Bunnie Lee Fagan

Mr. Bunnie Lee Fagan, age 69, who resided at 9537 Highway 80 West in Culloden, passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2023.

Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 20 at Olive Grove Baptist Church, 3181 Olive Grove Church Road, in Roberta. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Pastor R.L. Hodo was the officiator.

Mr. Bunnie Lee Fagan was a native of Thomaston, Upson County. He received his education from Yatesville High School, graduating with the Class of 1971. He extended his education by attending South Georgia Technical College, where he received a degree in diesel mechanic.

He was a member of the Musella Masonic Lodge 381. He retired from Georgia Power after working 35 years. He was a referee for Georgia High School Association for many years.

On Monday, Feb. 13, he departed his earthly home. He leaves to cherish his memories, four children, Mrs. Leslie Cliett (Tony) of Perry, Mr. Dexter Fagan (Cierra) of Thomaston, Miss. Carrie Fagan and Ms. Bonnie Bass, both of Warner Robins; three siblings, Deacon Albert Fagan, Jr. (Mrs. Claudette Fagan), Mrs. Willene Heflin (Mr. Eugene), and Mr. Oscar Lee Fagan (Mrs. Fenece); 13 grandchildren, De Shaun Middlebrooks, D’Kajia Fagan, Denasia Casey, Ceazii Brown, Jaiylen Brown, Semari Fagan, Ciara Fagan, Jasmine Bass, Courtney Bass, De’Andray Bass, Latedra Smith (Johnta), Gercina Thomas and Evelyn Williams (Jarvaris); five great-grandchildren, Jamar Thomas, Serenity Thomas, Jarvaris Williams, Jahmer Leonard and Aziaa Abukar; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mrs. Betty Ruth Fagan, Mrs. Amour Jean Smith, Mr. Eddie Thomas, Mr. Albert Thomas, Jr. Dr. Shirlene Carter, Mr. Murray Blasingame, Dr. Morris Blasingame, Deacon Henry T. Blasingame, Mrs. Thelma Blasingame; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will miss him very dearly.
